Jack was professional and reliable . It's so hard to find a company to trust as nowadays it's all about the money. No relationship just pure business. Jack handled my car as if it was his own. I appreciate they arrived fast and didn't have to wait and go on with my day.

 

This company is by far the best towing company I have ever had the absolute pleasure of hiring! On time, professional and a company that obviously understands the meaning of customer service. This tow company answered their phone immediately & provided a tow truck to my location in under 30 minutes. I am so glad I called. Breaking down at an airport is no Bueno, but having Rush Towing as your rescue is. I can't thank you enough. Driver was very professional and also offered me a drive. They came in 30 minutes. Took me and  my car to discount tire. Armen was so friendly and helpful. I will be using them again when needed.
 

I called this morning (Saturday) to move a vehicle from house-to-house five miles away after getting jerks from another company yell at me because they were 'too busy' to help me until Tuesday. The owner answered and said he could do it in about two hours and gave me a flat fee $150.00 under the jerks from the big company. Thirty minutes later he called and said he could come over right now instead. I paid him a little extra to change the tire first, then he loaded it, and had it all done in under 45 minutes. He even unloaded the vehicle right into the spot where it was going, so I didn't have to even drive it in.

I will not call anybody else anymore. He's local here in Glendale, and took care of me. By far the best customer service and skill I've seen from any business this year! Thanks, RUSH TOWING!
 

After calling around for two hours. Rush towing  Actually answer the phone. The dispatcher gave me an instant quote and showed up in less then 25 minutes. I am very happy with their response time. Very reasonable price and excellent customer service! The tow operator was also super friendly. Thank you rush towing for your excellent service and prompt and professionalism.
